The Hens

“The Hens” nickname came from one of the wives, who made the remark while her husband was texting the group, “Who are you talking to, the hens?” So, that became our moniker.

I and my friends TheGunSnob, C4 Defense (“Sarge”), and OBNXS1 became acquainted with each other some time in the fall of 2018, mostly through being on the same live panels together. About the time I started up with my live stream, each of them subsequently started up their own live streams, and we would usually all be guests on each other’s streams. We started a group text, and this evolved into meeting in person for the first time at Wanenmacher’s Tulsa Arms Show in the spring of 2019. Since that time, we have attended SHOT Show, NRAAM, and other industry events together. We love to laugh, joke, and pick on each other, and while we may get on each other’s nerves, we also support each other, and we know that we will always be there for each other when the chips are down. These are my friends, and these are my brothers.
